Terms & Conditions – Quality-Sexshop.com
These Terms & Conditions of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk have been established in consultation with the Dutch Consumers’ Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and entered into force on June 1, 2014.
These Terms & Conditions are used by members of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with the exception of financial services as referred to in the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and insofar as these services are supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through Quality-Sexshop.com.

Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Company: Quality-Sexshop.com / Unlimited
- Consumer: any natural person acting for private purposes
- Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via the internet or other means of communication
- Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal
- Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the agreement within the legal period
- Durable data carrier: any means allowing information to be stored for future reference
- Digital content: data supplied in digital form
- Additional agreement: an agreement resulting from another distance agreement

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Quality-Sexshop.com and to every agreement concluded between the company and the consumer.
Before an agreement is concluded, the consumer will have access to these Terms & Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where these conditions can be consulted.
If additional product or service conditions apply alongside these Terms & Conditions, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them in the event of conflicting conditions.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the website are non-binding and valid while stocks last.
We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions of:
- products
- prices
- images
- specifications
- delivery times
Obvious mistakes, typographical errors, or inaccuracies are not binding.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement becomes valid once:
- the consumer accepts the offer;
- the specified conditions have been met;
- the payment has been successfully processed.
After placing an order, the consumer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Quality-Sexshop.com reserves the right to refuse orders or apply additional conditions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after:
- the consumer has received the product;
- or a third party designated by the consumer has received the product.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Article 7 – Obligations During the Withdrawal Period
The consumer may only use the product to the extent necessary to:
- determine the nature of the product;
- assess its characteristics;
- verify its functioning.
Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
When exercising the right of withdrawal:
- the consumer must notify us within 14 days;
- the product must be returned within 14 days;
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless agreed otherwise.
Returned products must:
- be complete;
- preferably be in the original packaging;
- be carefully packed.
Important
For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Products are excluded from return if:
- the original seal has been broken;
- the quality seal is damaged;
- the packaging has been opened;
- the product has been used.
Article 9 – Obligations of the Company in Case of Withdrawal
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
The company may withhold reimbursement until:
- the product has been received;
- or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- opened or used erotic products;
- sealed products with broken seals;
- products with limited shelf life;
- specially ordered products;
- digital content supplied directly.
Article 11 – Prices
All prices on the website are:
- inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise;
- exclusive of shipping costs;
- subject to price changes and typographical errors.
Price changes resulting from legal regulations or VAT adjustments may be implemented.
Article 12 – Warranty and Conformity
Quality-Sexshop.com guarantees that:
- products comply with the agreement;
- products meet reasonable quality standards;
- products correspond with the descriptions on the website.
Any additional warranty does not affect the consumer’s legal rights.
Article 13 – Delivery and Execution
We strive for fast processing and delivery of every order.
Orders are:
- discreetly packaged;
- shipped in neutral packaging;
- carefully processed.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner.
Article 14 – Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Orders are processed only after successful payment has been received.
In case of overdue payments, Quality-Sexshop.com reserves the right to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
Article 15 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via:
- e-mail;
- WhatsApp;
- the contact form on the website.
We aim to respond substantively to complaints within 14 days.
Article 16 – Privacy and Discretion
Quality-Sexshop.com respects the privacy of every customer.
Personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
All orders are processed and shipped discreetly.
Article 17 – Disputes
All agreements between Quality-Sexshop.com and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 18 – Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
Quality-Sexshop.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version is always available on the website.
