• damage during transport;
• lost return shipments;
• delayed return deliveries.

We therefore strongly recommend:

• using a shipping method with Track & Trace;
• keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

• products must be reported for return within 14 days after delivery;
• the withdrawal period starts on the day after receiving the order;
• products must, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original condition and packaging;
• return shipments must be carefully packed.
